We’ve certainly braved the brutal winter that has paralyzed Montreal, especially since January. And, most of us feel like enough is enough.
So let’s move on, and it seems like we will – according to Environment Canada. The agency claims that this is the last week of winter. And that can only mean one thing – spring is near!
The National Post states that this current cold snap with the unbearable polar vortex is the last one we will have to brave before feeling the warmth of spring.
Can you imagine stepping out without an armory of winter gear. No more scarves, unless to finish a look. No more hats, unless it’s a fashion statement. No more boots unless, well, you get the idea.
The Weather Network states that temperatures for the week in different parts of the country are way below average for this time of year.
There’s even a massive snowstorm that’s beating up the maritime provinces. Luckily, we’ve been spared this time.
But the good news is that, according to climatologists, the transition from winter to spring will be a quick one. Now, that’s something to look forward to.
