Montrealers are of the the most enthusiastic North Americans when it comes to cycling and it shows in the thousands of kilometers of bike paths around town. To add to the excitement is Mondays PM cycling that’s hosted by the Association récréative Milton-Parc – ARMP.

The organized event takes participants on bike rides along Montreal’s waterfront. You get to exercise in the fresh air, meet people with similar interests, and explore Montreal on your bike.

The event goes on every Monday evening (except May 21) until and including June 18.

What You Need to Know and Bring

Bring your bike and helmet. (Helmets are absolutely obligatory, regardless of age).

  • Water
  • Snacks
  • Medicare Care
  • Cash or credit (debit) card
  • OPUS card* optional
  • Be able to ride between 17 and 35 km
  • Meet up at Parc Lafontaine (rain or shine).
