Lowest Number Of COVID-19 Cases Reported In Quebec Since July 7

Yesterday, Quebec had one of its better days regarding COVID-19. There were 67 new coronavirus cases on Sunday and one death reported.

Could these lower numbers be attributed to the mandatory mask-wearing rules imposed by the Legault government on July 18?

It’s definitely something to ponder considering the increase in the number of cases once lockdown rules were loosened.
