No matter your age, hop on your bike and help raise money for kids to benefit the Donald Berman Yaldei Developmental Center in the Let’s Roll for Kids Bike-a-Thon.
This is the 8th time the fundraiser is taking place, but it’s the first time at Verdun’s Angrignon Park. Go out and have a fun time while raising money for a great cause.
The 50-km bike-a-thon is aiming to raise $350,000 to help fund the center that helps about 275 children with diagnosed and undiagnosed developmental delays, including Down Syndrome and Autism.

Instead of the 50-km bike ride, you can walk or ride around Angrignon Park. Or, give it your all with the bike ride that starts at the park to Nun’s Island and then back to the park.
All the money raised goes to help the children.
You can register online easily and pay the $10 fee. Although there’s no minimum, riders are encouraged to raise $500.
Children (under 16) are also welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult. Go alone or in a team, but go because the kids are counting on you!
Activities and the barbecue on site will start at 10 AM.
The event organizers are hoping the number of participants increase to 250 this year, up from last year’s 175.
