Starting this year, all our green spaces across the country will be open to children and teens at no charge. Time to start exploring Canada!
Any national parks run by Parks Canada can be explored by children and teens up to the age of 17 for free.
Many of these are conveniently located near Montreal so, start planning your weekend getaway.
Free National Parks for Kids But What About Adults?
Of course, for many of these sites, adults must pay admission fees which vary from one site to another. So, if you’re considering visiting a few this year, it may be in your best interest to purchase an annual Parks Canada Discovery Pass pass for $67.70 per adult. Save even more when purchasing an annual pass allowing up to seven people in the same vehicle entry to the National Park for $136.40.
Many National Historic Sites and National Parks are no more than two hours from Montreal, so get out and enjoy beautiful green spaces and historic sites right on our own backyard.
