If there’s one thing most Montrealers like doing when it starts to warm up outside, it’s get outside and stay outside as long as we can. It makes sense since many of us are hibernating during the winter months, coming out only when we really have to. But summertime in Montreal is heavenly, for so many reasons. Here’s another one: FREE Yoga in Montreal parks, so you can get fit while breathing in fresh air.
Thanks to Sivanda Yoga Montreal, you can relieve stress and enjoy free yoga every Saturday in one of the two parks – Outremont Park and Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park. The yoga classes will of course be taught by Sivanda Yoga Montreal instuctors.
The classes will run every Saturday morning throughout the summer from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, beginning on June 9.
It’s totally free and you don’t even need to register. Just bring your yoga mat and get set to relax.
