Back for the 37th edition is the very popular, 4-weekend Montreal Winter Festival — FÊTE DES NEIGES DE MONTRÉAL 2020.
Get out there and make some great memories with tons of shows and activities – most of which are FREE with entry passes! Whatever your age, go out to play and enjoy dog sled tours, ice slides, music, shows, and lots more!
It all happens at Jean-Drapeau Park – just 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Montreal each weekend from January 18 to February 9, 2020.
The Montreal Winter Festival is a family event that’s completely outdoors. Head out to see and experience what thousands have already have.
This year, for the first time ever, the festival takes place in the new field of games and events at Espace 67. This means festival goers can go snow tubing on 16 corridors, with breathtaking views of downtown Montreal. For the experienced adventurer who loves speed, take the ‘Super sliding’ corridors and set new records!
The winter festival also offers the CBC Trail, a 300-meter refrigerated ice rink that stretches along the St. Lawrence River and cuts through the forest for a magical skate.
Or, try the Ninjas Huskies course in a friendly race, enjoy the Eloize Circus acrobats, the Ice boat, the Boulathèque, the Village of Penguins, Maneige experience, snowshoeing, Giant Human Foosball, and so much more.
Admission varies according to age, but purchasing a pass gives you unlimited access to the activities for the 4 weekends. Plus, you get in to the Stewart Museum for free.
