Now through August 22nd, the Cinemania Film Festival will be giving people FREE movie-viewing experiences outdoors around the city of Montreal.
A collection of eight outdoor venues will be hosting ten French films throughout the summer.
Each selected film is an audience favorite and has enjoyed success when screened at festivals like Cannes, TIFF and Berlinale.
No need to worry if your French needs some practice, the original French-language versions will be played with English subtitles.
While different venues offer some seating arrangements, it’s best to bring your own chairs or pillows and blankets. Remember to bring your own snacks and get into the movie theater experience!
If it happens to rain on the night of a screening, the movie will be cancelled. Check out the Cinemania Film Festival website to learn more this Montreal festival.
