Canada’s Award-Winning Chefs Advance to the World Finals

Canada is full of serious chefs, and it was proven when Team Canada took the second-place prize in the semi-finals of Le Bocuse d’Or, the most difficult chef competition in the world.

Team Canada, comprised of Trevor Ritchie, Jenna Reich, and James Olberg presented dishes including Ontario apples, Quebec foie gras, and British Columbia clams.

The Canadian team will advance to the world final to be held in Lyon, France in January of 2019, where they will compete with 23 of the world’s best chefs.
